Practical guide

How much does a real estate agency website cost?

A number alone cannot tell you what your team will be able to do. Compare initial work, everyday service and exit conditions over the same period.

The short answer

Cost depends on scope: pages, listings, imports, languages, updates and connected tools. Current VITRIMO packages are priced by proposal; no package amount is published as a directly purchasable price. Ask for a first-year total, an itemised renewal and any separate work before committing.

Define the need before the budget

Start with a real week at your agency. How many new properties arrive? Who replaces images, removes listings and answers enquiries? A useful website for a small team is about more than page count. Preparation time, clear listings and ownership of each step matter too.

Separate launch essentials from later additions. An agency page, a catalogue and a clear contact route form an initial need. A connection to your business software, synchronised appointments or a rental workspace require separate scoping. Including them on a wish list does not establish compatibility or availability.

  • List required pages and languages.
  • Count properties to import and check their format.
  • Describe new-listing and correction frequency.
  • Identify existing tools and available access.
  • Name the person who will approve previews.

Compare the first year and renewal

A build quote may cover design without maintenance or content updates. A managed website service may bring these tasks into a service period. Compare each proposal over the same duration and ask what starts that period.

Ask for amounts before tax, applicable taxes and the invoiced total to be distinguished. Check payment milestones, including any deposit, required approval and balance. VITRIMO confirms these amounts in the current proposal. An older brochure or technical price list cannot replace the price and scope offered for your acceptance.

Understand VITRIMO packages

Yalamo is the starting point for an agency; Bayhaven presents a property development. Essential, Activity and Guided growth are proposed scopes, with setup and renewal detailed before commitment. The public comparison proposes 10 new monthly WhatsApp publications for Essential, 30 for Activity and an agreed rhythm for Guided growth.

A correction to an existing listing is distinct from a new property’s first publication. Proposed volumes are neither activation nor an already accepted contractual quota. CRM connections, calendars, rental workspaces and human SEO work need defined dependencies, deliverables and launch preparation. Read the current comparison rather than inferring their availability from a package name.

A fictional example to spot gaps

Entirely fictional example: an agency is preparing 60 listings and adds a few properties each week. Its images are ready, but descriptions are spread across several files. Discuss import format, cleaning and text approval first. A seemingly simple launch price may leave these tasks with the agency if the quote does not name them.

Then add routine needs: changing a status, replacing a photo, publishing news or translating a new page. Ask who prepares and approves each task, and how it fits the scope. This creates an explainable budget instead of a number followed by unexpected work after signing.

Questions before signing

Request a written proposal connecting each amount to a deliverable, period and responsibility. Clarify the initial revision, schedule dependencies, out-of-scope requests and renewal terms. For a multi-year comparison, add the planned service periods and work without assuming every future price stays unchanged.

Finally, check what you can recover when the service ends: domain, content, data and export formats. Ownership of your content does not mean the platform code is transferred. Clear answers matter more than promises of rankings or enquiries, which buying a website alone cannot guarantee.

Sources and scope

This is a comparison method, not a market average price estimate. Package descriptions follow VITRIMO’s current public presentation. Final conditions belong to the accepted proposal.

Sources checked on 10 October 2026. Illustrative examples contain no real client or property data. Service scope and availability must be confirmed in the accepted proposal.

Prepare a useful comparison

Gather your existing website, the number of properties to import and your priorities. These make a precise scope discussion possible.
